Our most popular service. Our expert cleaners meticulously wipe surfaces, sweep floors, and disinfect high-touch areas, ensuring every nook and cranny is refreshed. Check out the detailed list of inclusions below, and rest assured that our service will leave your home impeccably clean and ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

    Service Area:

    • Puerto Plata - Within 10 km of central Puerto Plata

    • Cabarete - Within 10 km of central Cabarete

    • Sosua - Within 10 km of central Sosua

    Service Availability:

    • Same-day service is available if purchased by 10:00 am on a business day. Otherwise, service scheduled for the next business day.

    • Limited appointments available on weekends and holidays at higher prices. 

    What is Included:

    • Labor and Materials to clean the entire Property

    • Kitchen - Clean the dishes & appliance exteriors

    • Bathrooms - Clean the toilet, sink, shower & mirrors

    • Bedrooms - Clean the mirrors & make the bed

    • Windows - Clean the inside & accessible outside

    • Terrace / Patio - Broom & Mop

    What is NOT Included:

    • Moving heavy items

    • Carpet cleaning

    • Mold or infestation removal

    • Deep stain removal

    • Cleaning of pet messes, blinds, curtains and areas outside of normal reach

    What you Provide:

    • Access to the Property

    • Mop & Bucket

    • Broom & Dustpan

    What is Available for an additional fee:

    • If you have a washer & dryer, wash & fold laundry

    • Cleaning the Inside of Refrigerator & Oven

    • Cleaning the Inside of Kitchen Cabinets

    • Cleaning under Furniture

    After your purchase:

    On the day of service:

    • The purchaser of the service is responsible to make accommodations so service staff can access the property.

    • If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a concierge will contact the purchaser at the phone number provided on the order.

    • Service staff will wait a maximum of 20 minutes to resolve any access issues. After this time has passed, the service will be canceled and refunded to the purchaser, minus a USD$50 cancellation fee. 

    • Please be available at the number of your order at the appointment time to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. 

    • A Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date and location.

    What is this Service?

    Don't let a malfunctioning electrical system cause you headaches – contact us today to schedule a repair appointment. We offer affordable pricing and fast service, so you can get back to your normal routine as soon as possible.

    Request this Service:

    • Cabarete - Within 10 km of central Cabarete

    • Sosua - Within 10 km of central Sosua

    Service Availability:

    • Same-day service is available if purchased by 10:00 am on a business day. Otherwise, service scheduled for the next business day.

    • Limited appointments availalble on weekends and holidays at higher prices. 

    What is Included:

    • This service requests an appointment to diagnose the electric issue and prepare a quote to repair it. 

    • A USD$50 deposit is required to set up the appointment to diagnose the problem. This USD$50 will be applied as a credit against the final quote if the repair work is purchased. 

    After your purchase:

    • A Concierge will contact you to confirm your appointment time, service date and location. 

    What you Provide:

    • Photos with the scope of work or someone to meet at the property to describe the scope of work.

    • Access to the Property.

    On the day of service:

    • The purchaser of the service is responsible to make accommodations so service staff can access the property.

    • If service staff encounter issues accessing the property, a concierge will contact the purchaser at the phone number provided on the order.
